So pretty simple, right? Being restrained could mean that they are tied up, which comes up ALL. Finally, the creature has disadvantage on Dexterity Saving Throws. Attacks against the creature have advantage, and the creature is at disadvantage to attack. The way this condition works in DnD is that the creature that is restrained has their movement speed set to 0 (meaning they can’t move normally). Think of it like when you’ve played old RPGs where your character is “frozen” or “poisoned”, like in Final Fantasy or Pokémon.
